Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Low Voltage Cable Lead Installer/Technician to join our team. This role requires a dedicated professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for technology. You will lead projects installing various types of cabling systems, ensuring high standards of workmanship and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the installation and configuration of CAT5e, CAT6, and fiber optic cables.
Perform and supervise the installation of wireless access points, support structures, and building pathways.
Manage and train crew members, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
Complete detailed documentation and project closeout notes efficiently.
Engage with clients as the company liaison, ensuring all customer requirements are met and exceeded.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; further technical training preferred.
5-7 years of relevant experience in low voltage cable installation.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage small teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in reading blueprints and schematic diagrams.
Excellent communication skills and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Valid state driver's license and ability to travel within 75 miles of Tampa as needed.
Reliable Transportation
Must own hand and power tools suitable for tasks.
