Job summary
The RPW provides a range of services for individuals based on their needs in their home and community. This includes personal care domestic household services medical appointments vocational services supervision within the home and other tasks based upon individual goals.Responsibilities
- Maintains program participants cleanliness comfort and well-being by providing guidance assistance in completing personal hygiene tasks.
- Facilitates program implementation by preparing materials for participant-related activities projects as needed.
- Maintains program participants health wellbeing by promoting self-administration of prescription non-prescription medications documenting medication administration observing reporting on changes in behavior appearance to address issues as needed.
