- • Supervise, mentor, and manage multiple team members/managers in accordance with Company principles and management model
• Oversee the development, operation, and execution of assigned programs and initiatives in collaboration with cross department stakeholders
• Design process improvement mechanisms including automation of existing processes/tools to ensure standardization and consistency
• Execute weekly and seasonal Non-Food price planning by taking into account all performance KPI's such as margin, sales, write-offs, price changes, and stock levels
• Oversee ongoing competitive analysis to ensure competitive pricing in the market
• Provide comprehensive pricing strategy across both INT and Domestic items
• Provide strategic leadership for the team, and develop solutions to stock issues and low sales from a pricing perspective
• Develop and execute the marketing strategy for all NF items in collaboration with Marketing and Merchandising
• Manage the overall PV budget and strategically determine product promotions
• Manage product related issues by communicating with Quality Assurance, International Purchasing, and Legal and Compliance - Medical | Dental | Vision coverage
