    Description

    SciTec Creative Team:
    SciTec, Inc. is a dynamic small business tasked with delivering advanced sensor data processing technologies in support of National Security and Defense. We have been awarded multiple government contracts, fueling our growth.

    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a talented senior systems engineer to join our team in supporting programs for Next-Generation Missile Warning software. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to core capabilities for National defense.

    Responsibilities:

    • Developing and implementing systems engineering processes aligned with IEEE 15288
    • Mentoring other SciTec staff in systems engineering processes and methodologies
    • Coordinating between stakeholders
    • Designing and modeling systems architectures
    • Managing systems engineering staff and contractors
    • Other duties as assigned

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
    • 10 years of professional experience
    • 5 years of systems engineering experience
    • 2 years of MBSE experience
    • Detail oriented
    • Good verbal and written communication skills

    Preferred Skills:
    • Domain experience with remote sensor systems or software architecture
    • Experience in defense and aerospace fields
    • Additional professional experience in systems engineering
    • Familiarity with relevant tools
    • Agile software development methods experience
    • Program management and project leadership experience
    • Graduate degrees or coursework in Systems Engineering
    • Active SECRET DoD security clearance or higher

    The pay range for this position is $131,000 - $185,000 per year. Consideration for employment is based on multiple factors, including work experience and key skills.
