Job Responsibility Receive and analyze inquiries, generate the quotes and follow up with customers Understand and interpret customer requirement Gather the cost and develop vendors Goal oriented to secure business offer great service Organize maintain various database for further development Follow up Ocean Air shipment Input data system Rate quotes Rate sheet management Vendor management analysis Generate Delivery orders Schedule shipment pickups Delivery follow up documentation Fedex UPS label management Database management Follow problem solve with customers Requirement Excellent organizational ability Pays attention details Strong sense of responsibility knows how take ownership accountabilities Works well under pressure Strong logical skills provide solutions unique challenges Stable reliable Experience logistics operations plus Proficient Microsoft office tools especially Excel Accurate numbers calculations etc.
