Kelly Services is currently seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer position for one of our top clients in Jacksonville, FL.

• Kelly Outsourcing Consulting Group KellyOCG, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer for a long-term engagement at one of our Global clients in Jacksonville, FL. This role is a full-time, fully benefited position.

As a Supplier Quality Engineer placed with KellyOCG you will be responsible for the following:

The Validation Engineer will be a key contributor to validating the largest and highest visibility raw material implementation project at Client through successfully leading and supporting the following activities with their cross-functional and Engineering team partners:

• Collaborate with the Client validation engineering team to define and implement validation strategies.
• Review of lifecycle development and validation documents, including but not limited to:
• User Requirements Specifications (URS)
• Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS)
• Design Validation documents
• Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
• Traceability Matrix
• Development/Characterization Reports
• Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), Performance Qualification (PQ)
• Validation Reports
• Support the change control process in the role of Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) or Quality Engineer (QE).

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality, with a focus on validation or equivalent functions.
• Strong knowledge of validation principles and development of lifecycle documentation.
• Ability to review and assess technical documentation for compliance and completeness.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Based in Jacksonville, FL (hybrid work option: 2 days remote/week).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a medical device or regulated environment (ISO, FDA).
• Familiarity with change control processes and quality management systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
