- Develop and improve technical skills to perform analysis quickly and efficiently.
- Monitor plant supply plans and raw material levels to meet inventory/ turn goals.
- Understand business Commercialization process; work to improve total take time of products to market.
- Document physical supply chain processes, such as workflows, cycle times, position responsibilities, or system flows.
- Complete monthly root cause analysis on inventory, aged inventory, expired inventory, and service trends
- Work with plant operations teams to meet inventory targets while maintaining customer service levels.
- Bachelor's degree is required. We prefer a degree in Supply Chain, Operations Technology, Business Management, Engineering or related fields.
- We prefer at least 2 years of experience in this area as it will help jump start your career.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Understands MRP process.
- Works on requirements and safety stock planning
- Knowledge of factory and distribution networks
- Experience of inbound and outbound distribution networks

Compensation Data
The typical hiring range for this role is $62,906 to $92,755 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc.In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
