Responsibilities
Acknowledge bar Guests within 30 seconds of their arrival creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere Serve all bar Guests according to the Beverage Menu showcasing expert knowledge of cocktails beer wine and other offerings Maintain the bar as a central feature of the restaurant ensuring it is clean organized and fully stocked at all times Complete opening running and closing sidework to ensure the bar area is always ready for service and up to 30hop standards Process and deliver beverage orders accurately even when working with servers to fulfill dining room requests Present and process Guest checks efficiently ensuring accurate payments and offering friendly professional farewells Ensure cleanliness of all bar tools glassware and equipment adhering to health and safety standards+Job description
