    Senior FP&A Analyst


    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team.

    The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a key role in driving financial performance through comprehensive analysis of financial data, forecasts, and trends.

    This position requires expertise in financial modeling, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex findings to management and executives effectively.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Financial Performance Analysis:
    Conduct in-depth analysis of financial results, forecasts, variances, and trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.


    Executive Financial Reporting:
    Develop and maintain executive financial metric dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to management and executives.


    Recommendation Development:
    Create data-driven recommendations based on financial analysis findings, and present them to management and executives for decision-making.


    Financial Modeling:
    Develop and maintain financial models to support valuation, planning, and forecasting activities. Ensure accuracy and reliability of models for strategic decision-making.

    Capital Budgeting and Expenditure Planning:
    Assist in the capital budgeting process by analyzing investment opportunities and providing insights to support decision-making. Aid in expenditure planning to optimize resource allocation.

    Comparable Analysis and Market Research:
    Conduct comparative analysis and market research to support internal financial analysis and strategic planning initiatives.


    Ad Hoc Analysis:


    Lead or assist in conducting ad hoc analysis as requested by management or executives to address specific business needs or opportunities.


    Basic Qualifications:
    High proficiency in financial modeling techniques with a proven track record of developing complex financial models.

    Strong quantitative and analytical competency, with the ability to interpret and analyze large datasets effectively.

    Advanced fluency with Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.

    Knowledge of financial systems such as SAP, SQL, or similar platforms for data extraction and analysis.

    Strong analytical and data gathering skills, with a keen attention to detail.


    Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills, able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
