Description
Job Description:
Responsible to plan, organize and lead the day-to-day functions for the most efficient, effective operation possible in providing high quality care to meet the current and future health care needs of our residents.
Work Experience:
3 years of previous health care administration experience with the requirement of one(1) year as a nursing home administrator preferred.
Must possess knowledge of state and federal rules and regulations governing long-term care facilities; knowledge of state and federal reimbursement; ability to read and interpret financial statements and conduct financial analysis; knowledge of current administrative and supervisor practices; knowledge of aging process and ability to work with the elderly and their families.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Nursing Home Administration, Health Services Administration or related fields of study preferred.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Licensed as a nursing home administrator by the State of Minnesota.
