About the role

As a Project Manager, you will work with an exciting and collaborative team. We are passionate about our work and take a client-first approach to everything we do.

What you will be doing?

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects within the image processing and item processing outsourcing domain

Implement Agile methodologies, managing sprints and Kanban and Sprint methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery

Work closely with the Quality Assurance team and other matrix partners (e.g., support, development, service delivery teams) to achieve project objectives

Prioritize and manage initiatives, focusing on product improvement, consolidation, and client transitions based on strategic goals

Exercise project management leadership in delegating tasks, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring effective team collaboration

Foster a continuous learning environment, actively seeking improvement and innovation in project management and operational processes

What you will need:

Proven project management experience, preferably in the banking sector with a focus on image/check processing or item processing
- Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile project management methodologies
- Exceptional leadership skills, able to delegate tasks, manage project scopes, and ensure team contribution towards project goals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen interest in learning and tackling new challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with cross-functional teams and external clients
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP)

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $87, $146,880.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
