Core duties and responsibilities include:

• Manage end-to-end recruiting activities, ensuring a positive candidate experience and fostering relationships with recruitment sources.
• Conduct onboarding for all new hires and oversee performance review processes, including job documentation and evaluation systems.
• Coordinate talent management programs, including performance reviews, improvement initiatives, and compensation cycles.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and agency policies, overseeing human resource compliance procedures.
• Administer benefit programs, including new hire and annual enrollments, and liaise with insurance carriers.
• Maintain HRIS modules in PayCom for digital HR recordkeeping.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's or AA degree preferred.
• 7+ years of HR experience, including employee relations.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite. (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Prior recruiting experience is highly desirable, preferably in a skilled labor or manufacturing industry.
• Ability to provide leadership, work independently, and manage multiple tasks in a proactive and professional manner.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Compensation:

The annual salary range for this position is between $130K and $150K, depending on experience.
