    Primary ResponsibilitiesIn the role of Urban Designer/ Planner 2, we'll count on you to:
    Take responsibility for variety of urban planning projects Independently collect, assimilate and manage project-related data Prepare constraints mapping and required documents Assist in preparation and participation in public information meetings and hearings Perform complex assignments, making independent decisions on problems and methods Perform other duties as needed
    QualificationsRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or closely related field A minimum of 5 years experience in planning and design AICP certification desired Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs Extensive graphics and report document production experience Experience with GIS Strong oral and written communication skills Leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment May require the ability to travel An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
    Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Urban Planning or related field

    The expected compensation range for this position is $80, $114,875 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
