    Job Title: Outpatient Counselor

    About the Role

    Area Substance Abuse Council (ASAC) invites applications for an Outpatient Counselor to join our team in Manchester.

    • Conduct comprehensive substance use evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
    • Facilitate group and individual counseling sessions to support patients with substance use disorders.
    • Collaborate with community partners and clinical teams to ensure patient engagement and progress.
    • Provide urinalysis monitoring and maintain accurate records.

    Requirements

    Qualified candidates possess a bachelor's degree in a human services field and one year of related experience.

    A valid driver's license and ability to pass an extensive background check are required.
