UTILIZATION REVIEW / CASE MANAGEMENT RN - Part Time, Weekends

~Part-time - Weekends - Day shift - 9:00am-5:30pm

SHIFT DETAIL :
Every other weekend, 9a-9:30p; 16 hours bi-weekly

Position is on-site and requires ability commute to Grace Medical Center for scheduled shifts. Conducts concurrent and retrospective chart review for clinical, financial and resource utilization information. Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Candidates must have Utilization Review and Discharge Planning experience.

As a condition of employment, if not already completed, all new hires are required to receive the first dose of the COVID-19 Vaccination Series prior to their Occupational Health pre-employment assessment, and scheduled to complete the Vaccine Series within the first thirty (30) days of employment.
