    Role Description

    Hill Wallack LLP is looking for a full time New Jersey licensed attorney with 3 - 7 years' civil litigation experience to defend a wide variety of lawsuits and claims in state and federal court and state agencies. Such matters involve the defense of complex negligence claims, employment practices, construction accidents, auto and premises liability, first and third-party insurance litigation and claims, and various claims against or involving public entities. The attorney will work in our Princeton, NJ office with flexibility for some remote work. Hill Wallack is an Equal Opportunity Employer and diverse candidates are encouraged to apply.     Qualifications

    • Strong background in law, with specific experience in insurance defense, coverage, and litigation
    • Excellent research and negotiation skills
    • Ability to provide effective legal advice to clients
    • Familiarity with federal and state regulations and laws related to insurance
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
    • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
    • Admission to the state bar in New Jersey
