    iCoreConnect is an Orlando-based SaaS company seeking a skilled Software Implementation Specialist. The right candidate is a personable, data-driven guru with great attention to detail.

    Intermediate experience in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel is preferred as well as experience with various customer relationship management tools and project management systems.

    Our team thrives on the fast-paced environment expected in a growing, public company.

    This key role is responsible for communicating with medical and dental professionals, assisting those providers with registration and credentialing for various programs.

    Additionally, the Specialist will train providers and staff to properly use iCoreConnect products, troubleshoot issues and provide overall support to our customers.

    It is imperative the Software Implementation Specialist is meticulous with data entry, skilled at multitasking and capable of switching focus during the day as priority demands.

    iCoreConnect is most notably known for innovation in solving healthcare business problems. Our philosophy is built on a high level of customer feedback to more adeptly respond to the market's needs.

    Our platform includes more than a dozen SaaS enterprise services and more than 40 agreements with state and regional healthcare associations.


    The Position Requires:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Strong relational skills
    Confident and comfortable with phone outreach to potential and current customers
    Self-motivated to move through assignments with precision, detail and timeliness
    High degree of organization
    Identifying problems and the working with the team to find positive solutions for the customer
    Willingness to take on additional administrative tasks as assigned


    About You:
    High School diploma (required)
    Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and web-browsers (required)
    Healthcare experience (preferred)
    Familiarity with standard office administrative practices and procedures
    Thrive in a team environment and motivated to work independently
    Interest in growing with the company
    Known for a great attitude and eagerness to learn

    Pay and Holidays:
    Salary commensurate with experience
    Employer Sponsored Benefits Package, Health, Dental, Vision and more
    Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5pm or 9:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. (ET) at company HQ in Winter Garden, FL
