What We're Looking For
We're hiring a high-energy Salon Assistant / Receptionist who:
- Has a natural smile and upbeat personality
- Loves working with children and families
- Is organized and comfortable multitasking
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Takes pride in keeping a clean, welcoming space
- Can work weekends
- Greet every guest with friendly, prompt, and exceptional service
- Maintain salon cleanliness and disinfect equipment
- Manage appointment scheduling and salon software
- Educate families on retail products
- Keep retail shelves stocked and organized
- Assist with local marketing initiatives and in-store promotions
- Support stylists with shampooing and mini-cures (only for those with Cosmetology license)
- Weekend availability required
- Additional weekday hours available as we continue to grow
Perfect for students or those looking to grow within the beauty industry. Opportunity to grow into a stylist role (with license) as the salon expands.

Compensation: $ $16.50 per hour
This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. All inquiries about employment at this franchisee should be made directly to the franchise location, and not to Sharkey's Cuts for Kids Corporate.
