- Assist in cardiac catheterization procedures, including angioplasty, stent placement, and cardiac catheterization under the direction of a physician.
- Operate specialized equipment, including fluoroscopic equipment, to visualize the heart and blood vessels during procedures.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and ensure their comfort and safety throughout procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, patient information, and equipment usage.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Valid RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
- Previous experience as a Cath Lab Tech preferred.
- Solid understanding of cardiac catheterization procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively within a diverse healthcare team.
