    What You Would Do
    • Invoicing
    • Collecting and entering payments into QuickBooks
    • Calling a customer to collect payments and work with customers on payment and financing issues
    • Manage customers financing
    • Ensuring all customer accounts maintain a balance of zero
    • Follow the Accounts Receivable Standard Operating Procedure
    What We Need For This Role
    • Ability to create invoices and enter customer payments
    • Confidence in calling a customer to collect payments and work with customers on payment and financing issues
    • Ability to detect / recognize information in written materials and on a computer
    • Ability to talk on phone daily
    • Ability to understand, speak, read and write in English
