The Membership Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the membership department, including scheduling and managing staff, ensuring customer service, and upholding association policy.Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the membership department.
- Ensure that membership staff are trained and scheduled to support the needs of the branch.
- Display proper cash handling practices and balance cash receipts at the end of each shift.
