Build Your Own Role — Customer Success at Pallet

- Take ownership and love turning messy processes into well-oiled machines
- Have experience in startup or high-growth environments
- Are passionate about delivering real business impact for customers
- Communicate clearly and proactively — both internally and externally
- Can confidently articulate where they'd drive value within our mission
What You Might Work On
Depending on your background and interests, you could help lead or contribute to:
- Building and scaling our onboarding and implementation workflows
- Creating proactive playbooks to increase customer engagement and retention
- Working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to translate feedback into action
- Driving upsell/expansion opportunities and managing strategic accounts
- Launching new CS tooling or automation that improves efficiency

Location:
Open to remote or in person in San Francisco office 3-4x a week.
