    In this role, you will collect and process blood samples, assist in daily operations, and maintain high-quality customer service.

    You will have the opportunity to work with diverse tests and procedures while ensuring a professional and efficient experience for our customers.


    Responsibilities:


    Perform blood draws in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to recognized organizations and state regulations guidelines Support daily operational tasks, such as maintaining inventory, handling specimens, and processing test requisitions Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to confidently make lab test recommendations and put customers at ease during the phlebotomy processAssist in toxicology testing and DNA collections Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks as neededParticipate in team training and continuous education programs, following protocols provided by Any Lab Test NowStrong organizational skills with the ability to track inventory, keep records, order suppliesRequirements:Current phlebotomy licenseAt least 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting is preferredFamiliarity with various types of blood collection tubes and procedures Strong multitasking abilities and excellent interpersonal skills Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with relevant regulationsSale or customer service experienceComputer skills- usage of MS Word and Email.

    Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.

    Experience doing drug sceens is a plusMedical Assistance license is a plusHours for the position are as follows:
    Part Time

    Compensation:
    $ $16.00 per hour ANY LAB TEST NOW is the first direct access lab testing services company, allowing individuals to take control of their health. On September 20, 2007, Any Test Franchising, Inc. acquired the rights to franchise the ANY LAB TEST NOW concept. We are 200+ stores strong across the U.S. and growing ANY LAB TEST NOW is a franchise company, and all store locations are independently owned and operated.

    ANY LAB TEST NOW makes it easy for consumers and businesses to manage their health by providing direct access to clinical, DNA, and drug and alcohol lab testing services, as well as phlebotomy and other specimen collection services, through our retail storefront business model.

    Just like any other retail business, our customers walk in, choose the lab tests they want and get tested. So why do our customers choose Any Lab Test Now? Family healthcare and medical budgets are big concerns. There is also a desire for confidentiality and discreetness in some situations. Our affordable, upfront prices fit into most healthcare budgets.

    Even though we do not accept insurance, our customers can use their Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for applicable lab tests.

    The Any Lab Test Now business model is designed around customer experience.
