Highlighted Duties:

• Prioritize and coordinate tasks for Mechanical Engineers within your area.
• Analyze machinery and equipment issues, devising solutions to boost quality, productivity, and uptime.
• Lead redesign, modification, and retrofitting projects to optimize performance and save costs.
• Scope projects, create engineering drawings, and manage project execution from start to finish.
• Establish Preventative Maintenance Programs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Provide technical expertise to Maintenance Personnel, minimizing downtime and reducing maintenance costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.

Highlighted Requirements

• MUST have experience in roll forming processes
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience
• Must have experience in the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in GD&T, ANSI standards, and modern manufacturing methods.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
