Required Skills:
Project Management along with any of the below listed toolset experience.

• Quadient Inspire designer (Previously called GMC)
• Quadient Interactive
• Message Point
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Design, develop, maintain complex transactional document templates using Quadient Inspire.
• Implement multi-channel communication workflows, including email, SMS, and print outputs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the designs meet business needs and customer experience standards.
• Optimize and enhance existing communication processes with innovative features available in Quadient Inspire.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance of designed solutions to ensure reliability and performance.
• Provide training and support to other team members on using Quadient Inspire tools.
• Stay updated with the latest updates and features in Quadient Inspire and other customer communication management technologie

**Required Skills:**

• Proven experience with Quadient Inspire software, including Inspire Designer and Interactive.
• Strong understanding of document design, composition, data management, and output management.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript or Python is a plus.
• Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
