If you are looking for a fast paced team environment where you can use all your engineering skills(and then some), you will want to apply for this technical position in our Next Generation Digital Valve team.

We are building the next generation of smart control valve technologies and we are looking for a few dedicated engineers to take this project to the next level.

As a member of our Agile development team, you will work collaboratively with a multi-functional group of experts across Mechanical, Electrical and Software engineering to deliver high-quality products through an iterative and incremental process.

You will work in short, time-boxed iterations (sprints) to deliver working product increments that can be tested, validated, and integrated into a larger project.

Each member of the team is encouraged to play an active role in regular communication, feedback, and continuous improvement to ensure that the team is continuously optimizing productivity and quality with a focus on customer satisfaction, transparency, and collaboration.

Architect, prototype and implement device communications, signal conditioning and microcontroller software for industrial embedded systems
Balance power requirements, computational capability, communications strategies and data rates for optimal performance
Adopt Agile development methodology for iterative and incremental development processes in a team environment
Work closely with software development teams company wide to integrate device functionality into larger customer and internal systems
Design, setup and implement software, valve, sensor and electronics testing

You find and champion the best creative ideas and actively move them into implementation. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or similar field, or equivalent experience
Expertise in C or C++
Understanding of C# and XAML
Legal Authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided for this role

Control valve business knowledge and experience
Experience with sensors and industrial electronics
Understanding of analog and digital sensor technologies
