    Job Description

Are you looking for an opportunity to do meaningful work, support an important mission, and get hands-on experience working with an iconic brand? Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania (GSEP), a top ten Girl Scout Council in the country, is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join the Marketing and Communications team.

At GSEP, staff members are committed to building girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place. Girl Scouts is the preeminent leadership development organization for girls. And with programs from coast to coast and across the globe, Girl Scouts offers every girl a chance to do something amazing.

    Here's how you can help

The GSEP Senior Graphic Designer will join our exceedingly dynamic, collaborative, and productive team that serves the visual marketing and communications needs of the entire council. Working under the direction of the Marketing Director, the Senior Graphic Designer will have the support of a Junior Graphic Designer and will work on a variety of projects that speak to internal and external audiences of all ages.

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead creative direction for the council, overseeing and developing the organization's marketing collateral, digital assets, and publications – including Spark Magazine.

The ideal candidate must be self-motivating, capable of carrying out multi-phase projects, experienced at handling multiple projects/deadlines at once, and committed to providing excellent customer service to girls, volunteers, and colleagues.

This is the perfect opportunity for a graphic designer who wants to work in a unique environment, finds inspiration in working with the Girl Scouts' brand, and is motivated by our mission to build girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.
