Job summary
We are looking for an LPN Charge Nurse to help direct patient care for our assisted living community. The nurse will oversee the daily operations of the medical staff and provide compassionate and comprehensive medical care for elderly residents.Responsibilities
- Assess residents who come in for treatment and document any changes in their condition.
- Follow up with residents and their families about any concerns or desired treatment plans.
