Join us Work Location: 2701 Blair Mill Rd., #4 Willow Grove PA 19090 Work Hours Full-Time Monday-Thursday am pm Friday am pm Occasional coverage needed at: Medical Campus Dr Lansdale PA Bethlehem Pike Flourtown PA The Patient Service Representative is responsible for acting as the first point of contact for patients by greeting gathering information registering and posting payments This position is critical to Solis Mammography by providing outstanding patient care and maintaining the flow of the center impacting profitability Department Highlights Strong team collaboration Compassion empathy to our patients and team Join an innovative team working toward making healthcare more accessible integrated reliable Here Is What You Will Need High School diploma Two years healthcare registration customer service experience preferred Basic knowledge cash handling Basic knowledge medical terminology preferred Ability read write comprehend simple instructions short correspondence Ability perform basic mathematic calculations Ability sit stand long periods time Experience Microsoft Office Suite knowledge RIS software preferred A Day in Life Patient Service Representative Provide services support following areas Understand promotes demonstrate Solis Way Greet patients professional friendly manner Completely accurately register patients input demographic insurance information into RIS verifying accuracy existing information Explain forms assist form completion necessary Process paperwork scanning documents linked patient medical record maintaining confidentiality Collect patient payments explaining benefits given from insurance verification necessary Prepare paperwork future appointments incorporating additional paperwork needed specific exams or payors as necessary Ensure all diagnostic tests have required orders request as needed follow-up outstanding requests Schedule reschedule patients as necessary Generate daily invoice journal end day reconcile payments Daily Reconciliation Report Participate front office training stay abreast front office policy procedures Why Solis Mammography Great Place Work fourth year row Offer competitive benefits Medical Dental Vision PTO Paid Holidays Backup ChildAdult Care other unique benefits
