    Description

    Immediate Manual Machinist Opening

    Job Responsibilities:

    -Set up and operation of manual lathe, Bridgeport type vertical milling machine, drill press and other machine shop equipment

    -Able to read and understand blueprints and schematics

    -Must be able to use all standard shop inspection tools and inspect own work

    -Ability to set up and operate manual mills and lathes

    -Understand G-Code is a plus but no required

    -Knowledge of CAD/CAM software is helpful

    -Uses gages and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements

    -Fabricates/shapes parts such as tools and machine parts out of various metals, plastics and synthetic materials

    Payrate is from $30-$45 depending on experience
