The Head Trainers are responsible for creating a positive high-energy Rumble Boxing studio environment communicating corporate initiatives to trainers navigating full hiring cycles from vetting interviewing educating and onboarding with Rumble assists with marketing community outreach and studio inreach to grow business assisting building class attendance for all classes retaining current clientele and achieving monthly revenue goals collecting reviewing coaching trainer staff on monthly programming music reviews 30-60-90 day audits hosts monthly workshop with trainer staff attends all Rumble webinars zooms corporate meetings manages head trainer email responds inquiries timely conducts weekly one-on-one sessions virtual assistants general managers flexible willing work weekends holidays requested by General Manager holds fitness certification from approved vendor CPR AED certification recommended years experience teaching group fitness taken Classes strong understanding Rumble brand programming values excellent communication customer service skills.
