Our part time PRN Front Desk Coordinator will share their unique skills and gifts through empathetic listening and team collaboration to provide superior care to our clients that produces exceptional clinical outcomes and restores wellbeing. You will help us grow and deepen the connection we have with our clients and our community through emotionally engaging customer service using our B2N 5-star experience.
Front Desk Coordinator Requirements
- You possess strong reasoning and organizational skills.
- You are a positive, highly motivated self-starter and a quick learner.
- You seek opportunities to learn and grow and showcase our health and wellness impacts through community outreach.
- High School diploma and at least 3-5 years relevant experience. Bachelor's or higher in healthcare administration a plus.
- Three or more year's related experience or training in high level customer service & administration, preferably in hospitality, spa, medical or rehab environment.
- Proficient in general computer, EMR, web-based technologies, HIPAA, and OSHA
Compensation: $15-20/hr starting
