Position:
Our trained Flexologists will provide one-on-one assisted stretches as well as lead guided group stretching classes for our clients


Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as group stretch classes for up to 6 clientsProvide high-quality client care and experience Ensure the safety and well-being of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rulesBuilding your book of business, converting first-time prospects, and retaining members Participate in networking/community events and studio promotionsAttend staff meetings and required educational presentationsHandle member concerns when applicableCaring for the studio - clean and maintain equipment and facility Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as neededMaintain a strong social media presence to client membership and retentionPromoting retail products and therapeutics for at-home care and maintenance Requirements:Love of boutique fitness environment is a must - passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibilityProfessional certification or expertise in any of the following disciplines - Physical Therapist, Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Pilates, Dance, or Yoga InstructorExperience working in a fitness/wellness environment where you provide hands-on training with a clientAbility to create a positive environment that welcomes all peopleFantastic communication skills and exudes empathyMust love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve goalsMust have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policiesMust be available to go through our 3-day Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in-person/hands-on training, and 20 hours of post-training practical application
