+Responsibilities+- Ensures all crew members are Wowing Customer through personal contact customers Trains crew on B.E.S.T. customer service experience ensuring that each guest has fast friendly check out experience Help oversee daily activities store associates ensuring they performing duties effectively providing excellent customer service Assists receiving unpacking organizing new stock ensure items quickly efficiently placed sales floor Acts Manager Duty needed taking responsibility for store operations staff management customer service addressing urgent issues Manages entire process opening closing store securing cash locking doors setting alarms everything smooth daily operation Supports onboarding ongoing training associates helping them learn policies product knowledge operational procedures improve performance Drives store sales controls expenses Actively seeks ways boost sales optimizing merchandising staff performance customer service Partners entire leadership team merchandising World Recovery Performs maintenance including but not limited garbage sweeping cleaning bathrooms maintaining stock room
- High School Graduate equivalent College experience preferred Minimum years management experience Excellent verbal written communication skills Ability multi-task Creative thinking Ability maintain composure under pressure
