Trusted is looking for a seasoned nurse to join an exciting travel nursing opportunity. Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

24 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience required
Travel experience mandatory

Requirements:

Candidates must hold a Kentucky license or compact license
Ability to float to various units and locations
Residence at least 50 miles away from the facility required
COVID vaccination mandatory for onboarding, with exceptions permitted for religious or medical reasons
Flu vaccination mandatory for onboarding, with exemptions allowed for religious, medical, or personal reasons

Pre-employment modules may be necessary. Please upload relevant certifications or health documents to expedite the onboarding process.

Additional Details:

Associate's degree in nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred

EKG exam clearance mandatory

References required from the last 48 months, including one Manager/Supervisor reference

Proof of identification necessary

Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) certification
