    We are seeking a high-level Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead Agile Release Train (ART) processes, ensuring efficient software delivery across departments with one of our banking client partners. This person will be responsible for ART leadership, cross-functional collaboration, release management, risk mitigation, and reporting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Facilitate ART processes: PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, etc.
    • Align backlog with business objectives.
    • Foster continuous improvement.
    • Coordinate with Dev, QA, Security, etc.
    • Liaise between tech and business teams.
    • Define/release management processes.
    • Coordinate deployment and validation.
    • Identify/mitigate risks.
    • Ensure regulatory compliance.
    • The Ideal Candidate

    Qualifications:

    • Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or equivalent Agile certification is nice to have
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in release management, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
    • Proven track record of leading large-scale Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in a complex organizational environment, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
    • Experience with DevOps practices, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, and release automation tools is a plus.
