    Salary:
    $75,000

    - $83,200 per hour A bit about us: Performing sleep studies: PSG testing and CPAP, BiPAP, ASV, BIPAP ST titrations.

    We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our esteemed healthcare team.

    You will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders.


    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of the latest respiratory therapy techniques.


    While experience with Sleepware G3 sleep software is a plus, we are willing to provide the necessary training for the right candidate.

    Responsibilities: 1.

    Assessing, treating, and caring for patients with breathing disorders.

    2.

    Initiating and conducting therapeutic procedures; maintaining patient records; and selecting, assembling, checking, and operating equipment.

    3.

    Consulting with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop, implement, or modify patient care plans.

    4.

    Conducting tests, such as electrocardiograms (EKGs), stress testing, and lung capacity tests, to evaluate patients' cardiopulmonary functions.

    5.


    Providing complex therapy requiring a great deal of independent judgment, such as caring for patients on life support in intensive-care units of hospitals.

    6.

    Monitoring and recording the progress and changes in the patient's condition.

    7.

    Educating patients and their families about their conditions and teaching appropriate disease management techniques.

    8.

    Using Sleepware G3 sleep software to assess and monitor sleep patterns and provide appropriate treatment.

    Qualifications: 1.

    An associate's or bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related field.

    2.

    Current and valid license as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).

    3.

    A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Respiratory Therapist.

    4.

    Proficiency in the use of medical software and technology.

    5.

    Strong patient care skills with the ability to communicate medical information effectively to patients and their families.

    6.

    Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

    7.

    Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle stressful situations.

    8.

    Willingness to learn and use Sleepware G3 sleep software.

    9.

    Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

    10.

    Excellent physical health and stamina, as the job requires standing and walking for long periods.
