    Objectives & Goal:

    • Utilizing evidence-based practices, we seek to ensure ethical and responsive care to all clients and their families.
    • Assist Clients on an individual and community level to build mastery and gain independence.
    • To provide a robust learning experience, that is both didactic and experiential.
    • Access to weekly 1:1 Clinical Supervision and weekly Group Supervision.

    Essential Job Duties:

    • Co-Facilitate Therapeutic Groups that are both Content and Process based.
    • Foster community development within the Dorm and promote positive socialization.
    • Complete all notes via electronic health record in accordance with deadlines.
    • Complete all necessary training in accordance with policy and procedures.
    • Assist clinical team with obtaining drug toxicology screen on clients.
    • Perform additional job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    Required Experience & Qualifications:

    • Masters Degree in Related Mental Health Field (MSW, MHC, MFT, PC) or currently in Masters Program.
    • Proficient computer skills, ability to complete clinical notes and documentation accordingly.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work part time.
