GHR Healthcare is seeking an MSP Billing coordinator to join the Billing team. The main task is to ensure that all MSP billing for certain MSP programs is accurate and billed on a weekly and or bi-weekly manner, and to provide excellent customer service internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

• Balancing billing on weekly and bi-weekly between our time and attendance system and our MSP Program System
• MSP Billing-Adjustments completed accurately and on time
• Entering time into our MSP for our client
• Processing our invoices for both our time and attendance and MSP
• Provides a high level of customer service to our MSP Team
• Communicates with MSP Team and our management team
• Read and understand contact basics related to billing

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Deadline Driven
• Good organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Experience with MS Word and Excel
• 2 years billing experience
• Excellent customer relations/interpersonal skills
• Some college preferred, but not necessary
