- Performing all requested ultrasonographic exams in accordance with established policy and as per established hours of availability;
- Reviewing all patient requests for diagnostic procedures as to designated anatomical part and clinical history;
- Instructing patients regarding procedures and respects patient privacy at all times;
- Ensures that the ultrasound equipment is in excellent operational condition as per established Quality Control procedures; and
- Performing other duties as required and assigned.
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience as an Ultrasound Technologist who can perform all aspects of Sonography with expertise - General, Vascular, Breast and procedures;
- Registry is required;
- Experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine field a plus;
- CPR/BLS Certification (Hands-on instruction included) required;
- Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision;
- Must demonstrate flexibility in work assignments, scheduling and travel to AMI's office locations;
- Ability to produce high quality images and provide documentation accurately and precisely;
- Ability to exercise high standards of professionalism and teamwork;
- Strong problem solving, decision making and communication skills;
- Action oriented and eager to take on new opportunities and tough challenges with high energy and enthusiasm; and
- Display strong work ethic with a friendly and cheerful disposition.
