- Assist in the management of subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with project requirements.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues as they arise.
- Previous experience in a project management role or relevant field.
- Knowledge of restoration processes and techniques for high-rise buildings is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
