    Education and Experience Bachelor's degree required; Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical with an electronics background, or related technical field preferred 3-5 years relevant experience General Requirements Demonstrated equipment troubleshooting and cause-effect problem-solving abilities Skilled at using software to analyze and visualize data Strong mindset for quality, workplace organization, and continual improvement Must be able to interact effectively with cross-functional and international teams Able to facilitate projects and motivate others without direct authority Preferred Requirements Programming experience (e.g., C++) Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts Essential Functions Plan, coordinate, and review testing processes for thermal, vibration, pressure, corrosion, and hydraulic functions across a variety of test equipment Conduct hands-on investigations to determine causes of product and testing deviations Develop calibration and maintenance plans for test equipment Carry out statistical studies to validate equipment suitability Troubleshoot electronic circuits in test equipment Review test code for diagnostic purposes Specify and coordinate upgrades and repair of test equipment Participate on international teams to work on product testing topics Conduct training and coaching and support competency assessments for lab technicians Lead activities to prepare for future products and engineering changes Work on department projects to improve the quality and cost of processes Perform other tasks as assigned Physical Demands This position works in various areas, and the use of stairs will be required
