- Develop planned job packages for Instrument & Electrical maintenance repair work and improvement projects
- Perform shutdown planning and supervise maintenance personnel
- Ensure work planned to maintain plant reliability
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate all work for the weekly schedule and outages/shutdowns
- Estimate resources, material, and service requirements
- Develop detailed job plans following Maintenance Guidelines
- Participate in pre-job review meetings and prepare work order packages
- Monitor job execution versus plan and update standard jobs
- Administer Preventative Maintenance Program and assist in procurement
- High school diploma or equivalent required, post-secondary education a plus
- Five (5) years relevant experience in maintenance
- Excellent knowledge of SAP and planning skills
- Attention to detail, project focus, and ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
