- Establishes, tests, and utilizes appropriate compliance controls that are best suited for the
- Designs, builds, uses, and analyzes reports and dashboards to monitor compliance performance,
- Maintains reporting cadence and documentation to support audit readiness and leadership
- Assists departments with drafting internal policies, procedures, and processes.
- Works closely with the General Counsel/Vice President of Compliance to prioritize work, align
- Supports Government Programs staff with governmental agency engagement, documentation, and

- College degree in business, public administration, healthcare administration, technology, or
- 4-6 years of experience with government contracts, grants, and programs and specific
- 4-6 years of demonstrable experience in similar government programs compliance role.
- Advanced Excel (or equivalent), documentation control, audit workpapers, basic data analytics,
- Experience using technology to facilitate compliance functions.
- Internal control and audit experience.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Track record of providing strong recommendations and/or solutions after identifying needs.
- Displays excellent analytical skills.
- Collaborative approach to gathering information and working with other departments.
- Experience with HIPAA compliance.
- CCEP, CHC, and/or CIA certification.
- Availability to work flexible hours or travel minimally as needed to accommodate business needs

SUMMARY:
The Government Programs Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the organization adheres to all relevant government contract, grant, and program requirements, laws, rules, regulations, and internal policies, and otherwise supporting the organization, through compliance monitoring and oversight.
This individual will conduct, manage, and report to the General Counsel/Vice President of Compliance on multiple functions and projects tasked to the Compliance Department and assigned to the Government Programs Compliance Specialist.
