    Description
    Responsibilities Ensure team data and boards are updated and accurate. Champion data-driven and team-driven incremental improvements. Track metrics and use data to improve outcomes and transparency. Facilitate effective collaboration and internal and external communication. Support the team in value-driven deliveries and achieving sprint goals. Help development teams attain a higher level of Scrum maturity. Create a productive environment where team members feel confident and enjoy work.
    Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science information technology or a related technical discipline. Must have at least 5 years' experience in the Scrum master role in software development. Must be familiar with software development. Excellent servant leadership and presentation skills. Conflict-resolution and problem-solving abilities. Outstanding organizational skills.
