    • Responsibilities:
    • Manage a territory of on and off-premise accounts bydelivering established sales strategy and seeking new opportunitiesto grow the brand.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with keyaccounts and the local wholesaler(s).
    • Deliver execution excellence toincrease ROS through merchandising, building displays, shelfoptimization, rests, and consumeractivations/events.
    • Identify customer needs/wants/problems and develop andunique solution to support them.
    • Utilize data analytics to identifygaps and opportunities for increasing volume anddistribution.
    • Provide market intelligence on local and regionalactivities/landscape.
    • Present sales reporting, market insights and newstrategies to key stakeholders on a weekly basis.
    • Achieve and/or exceed monthly keyperformance indicators (KPIs).Mange local budget & budgetreporting/reconciliation. Qualifications:BilingualRequired Must be of legal drinking age(21+).
    • Driving is anessential function of this job and therefore you must be able tomaintain a valid/current driver's license and have access toreliable transportation.
    • Available to work 40+ hours per week,including nights andweekends.
    • Access to a computerwith Microsoft Office and home internet access (Must have Excel andPPT experience).
    • Personal smartphone with the ability tocommunicate/report while in thefield. Bachelor's Degree is preferred(focused studies in business, marketing,sales)
    • 3-5 years experience in sales (CPG, Adult Bev, Restaurantor Bar is preferred)
    • Wholesaler Stakeholder Management (Experience workingwith one or more wholesalers at atime)
    • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
    • Professional demeanor and strong workethic.
    • Flexible and adaptable; Impeccable timemanagement skills
    • Organizational skills to meet weeklydeadlines.Track record of building andmaintaining customer/client relationships and customersatisfaction.
