The Community Support Facilitator provides direct support to people with developmental disabilities in their homes and in the community. Each position is individualized to support the needs and wants of the person receiving services.Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support (support/instruction/guidance/etc) in the focus person's home, as well as in the surrounding neighborhood and community.
