    As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of the organization's operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.     • Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize utilization and minimize waste.
    • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of inside sales, outside sales, and warehouse personel providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to quality standards.
    • Quality Control: Establish and maintain quality control standards to ensure products or services meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
    • Supply Chain Management: Oversee the procurement, inventory management, and logistics processes to ensure timely delivery of goods and services while minimizing costs.
    • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for operational activities, monitoring expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings or revenue generation.
    • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to operations and ensure business continuity.
