    Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the System Admin and main point of contact and subject matter expert for procurement's CLM system functionality and processes.
  • SME for the CLM tool and SAP Ariba systems.
  • Testing of the system and issue resolution from the frequent updates is a key to maintain the system current, functional and prevent issues.
  • Draft release notes and inform all relevant users on changes to the tool
  • Update the training manuals for all users frequently according to the 3-week releases and updates
  • Set up delegates in the CLM tool and train accordingly
  • Manage enhancement request process - prioritization, communication, facilitation of user functional / acceptance testing and training on new enhancements
  • Issue resolution: Review technical feeds and resolve errors (utilize Sirion's support for technical issues)
  • Add/remove all users as applicable (integration with Workday will not be implemented till next year, at best)
  • Add new suppliers to the tool (ensure data point with Fieldglass and Ariba for a seamless integration)
  • Mange the cost center feed from Ariba and ensure no errors
  • Tickets assignment based on matrix
  • Make changes to the level 1 and level 2 approvers as a workflow if it changes (working with the Ariba admins)
  • Reporting
  • Conduct ongoing and on-demand training to all users
  • Main POC for audits
  • Monitor data feeds and compliance to all below groups, as identified as users who will be involved, or should be informed on the process
  • Assist with the development of training documents, training new hires and resolving system-related issues.
  • Perform supplier analysis to prioritize onboarding; work with technical team to develop standards for supplier interfaces.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related degree, or equivalent experience
  • Five years of experience in procurement, outsourcing and vendor management
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement and vendor management end-to-end processes
  • Experience using sourcing and procurement tools
  • Experience in data analysis and gathering information from a broad stakeholder base
  • Communication and presentation skills; ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Technical aptitude and strong computer skills
  • Proficiency using MS Office
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Ariba Source-to-Pay implementations
  • Working Conditions:

  • Commuting Remote employees will need to report to a Company office location at times, but will perform their work primarily remotely.

    The Salary for this position generally ranges between $77,000 - $90,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

    Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company discretion.
