Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Accounting Manager to join our finance team.

The ideal candidate will lead our diverse and talented accounting team and play a pivotal role in transforming our accounting practices to support our growth and operational efficiency.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive the

transformation of accounting

processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across all operational regions
Creates adapted environment and organization, thriving for

performance and development
Manage and oversee the

implementation of new accounting technologies and practices , including automation and data analytics tools, to drive innovation within the department
Facilitates the Department / Group

communication

towards the direct reports and the reverse way
Takes

decisions

and facilitates the company's decisions communication, announces in a professional manner
Lead, mentor, and inspire

a team, fostering a collaborative culture.
Provide guidance on accounting principles, financial procedures, and professional development opportunities.
Creates a

workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organization's
Develop the accounting team, fostering an environment that

encourages professional growth.
Facilitate and drive

continuous process improvements , aiming to automate and streamline procedures wherever possible.
Work closely with others stakeholders to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations, supporting the overall growth and strategic direction of the company
Ensure

robust financial controls and risk management

strategies are in place, adapting to the unique challenges of operating in diverse international markets.

IDEAL PROFILE:
Ambitious and performance oriented

Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting or a related field, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.

Proven and consistent performance in a managerial role
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proven track record of leading accounting transformation projects, with a strong understanding of accounting software and systems.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and unite a team across different cultures and geographies.

Mastery of generative AI (ex:
